Summary
The Time To Care GmbH started as a Personnel Staffing Agency, specialising in the health care sector. Our business activities include private personnel placement as well as the supply of temporary staff. Specialised in the medical sector, we have been providing qualified personnel to clinics, medical practices, facilities for therapy and businesses in the pharmaceutical field and research worldwide since 2003. Time To Care GmbH offers job postings and a database for job seekers (hereafter referred to as “User”) on its website. The User can use the site to search for job postings and other information based on these terms of use. The User can enroll to sign in to the job seeker’s database.

General Terms Of Use
Time To Care GmbH grants the use of the website exclusively based on these Terms Of Use. The User commits himself to the lawful use of the Online Application Portal. He/she commits himself not to spread unlawful content. This includes in particular: - racist, extremist, pornographic, paedophilic content - viruses or other security threats over the internet, for example in external networks, hosts or accounts – other content, which violates the rights of third parties, especially content which is an infringement of criminal laws, copyrights and trademark rights or personal rights. It is forbidden for the User to enter incomplete, incorrect or misleading information. The User commits himself to protect his password and his access to the Online Application Portal against third parties.

Registration
In order to Access the Online Application Portal, a free registration through the website www.timetocare.de is required. There exists no right to registration or use of the website from Time To Care GmbH. In case it is not possible to authenticate the data entered at the time of registration, or in case of presumable and incorrect information as well as presumable and evident misuse of the website the Time To Care GmbH has the right to delete the entire User’s content from the website.

Damaging or impacting the functional capability of the website or other serious infringements against the general Terms Of Use may cause the User’s content from the website an all other data to be deleted. Every User is at liberty to cancel his registration and to delete all his data.

Responsibility/ Disclaimer
The User is responsible for all content which he enters in the Time To Care Online Application Portal. The User holdsTime To Care GmbH harmless from all demands, which occur to the Time to Care due to an unauthorised use of the access to the applicant portal or other harmful actions of the Users or third persons, if it is the Users fault.

Infringement of the Terms Of Use
The Time To Care is authorised to delete illegal User content from the Online Application Portal which violates legal or official guidelines and laws without prior notice. In such cases, Time To Care reserves the right to impose a temporal or unlimited ban of use. The User has no claim of reimbursement. If Time To Care GmbH notices an illegal action of the User or Time To Care GmbH is informed about illegal action by a third party, Time To Care may pass on the personal related data to the law enforcement agency and police authority within the legal requirements.
