Privacy Statement

Registration
To use the Online Application Portal and thereby the services of Time To Care GmbH as recruitment and/or staffing agency, you are required to register in our Online Application Portal. The registration takes place in two steps. In the first step of the ONLINE-APPLICATION we ask you to send us your application documents as well as your contact details (in an email). After we have reviewed your documents and checked your qualifications in relation to our requirements, we will send you your log-in data to register in our APPLICANT PORTAL. We reserve the right not to allow every applicant access to our applicant portal. During registration and the setting up of your profile in the applicant portal, we will ask you for personal information, like your name, and contact details, your work history, your education and for a valuation of your specific occupational qualifications.

Usage of your data
We use the data from your Application Portal profile to advise you of job postings and to introduce you to your clientele within the recruitment and/or staffing agencies. We can use your indicated contact details to get in contact with you by email, post or telephone. If we introduce you to our clients, we do that in form of ANONYMOUS PROFILES which were created out of your information of your job history and qualifications. Therefore only enter information in your profile, which can be seen by the employers. Your registration in our applicant database entitles Time To Care GmbH to use your entered information to introduce you to your client within the recruitment and/or staffing agencies. Time To Care GmbH is authorised to use all the information of our applicant database you have given us, EXCLUDING the given contact details, i.e. address, email and telephone. Time To Care reserves the right to change, add or delete parts in your profile.

Updating, saving and deleting your information
You are able to update, save, change or delete your information in the applicant profile. Just log-in on the website www.timetocare.de, to check your entries and then make your changes with the available options. In this way you can also delete the registration of your profile. Time To Care GmbH reserves the right, to block the access of your profile temporarily. This could occur for example when there is a running introduction of your profile with a client. We save your data until you delete your registration as mentioned above. If you did not log-in in the applicant portal for 6 month your CV will automatically be deactivated and after another 3 month deleted. If you want to reactivate your data after it was deactivated, please contact info@timetocare.de

Data security
We keep your data in confidence and use all reasonable technical arrangements to protect your data from unauthorised access, usage or transfer. Your data will be encrypted during the electronic transmission over the internet. Despite this safeguard we advise, that we can not guarantee, that your data is absolutely safe from unauthorised access and will not be used for external purposes.

Age of Consent and Legal Competency
Not until you have reached the age of consent and legal competency are you able to consent to the evaluation, reduction and use of your data. For this reason we are not able to save your data in this system if you are under 18 years of age. With the issue of this Privacy Statement you declare after reaching the age of consent that you are legally competent. Even if you are not full of age or legally competent, we don’t want to loose you as an applicant. For this reason we would be pleased, to welcome you in one of our offices to accept your application.

Acceptance and Cancellation of the Privacy Regulations
We must point out, that we only can collect, process or save data from persons who are at least 18 years of age. If it should arise from your data, that you are not at least 18 years of age, Time To Care GmbH is authorised to delete your data. If you are not yet of age, but still want to apply for a job, please get in contact with us. You will find our contact details on our homepage. Registration in our applicant portal is only possible after agreeing with our Privacy Regulations. By accepting our Privacy Regulations, you confirm you accept and agree with this Privacy Statement. If you disagree to the Privacy Statement at a later date or want to cancel your accordance you can do that at any time by deleting your profile in our applicant portal.
